The “Aalaya Thiruppani Kuzhu” is the registered public trust for the temple, registered under Provisions of Bombay Public Trust Act, 1950, bearing Registration No. F-859. The Trust consists of dedicated Trustees and the day to day affairs are managed by the Managing Committee of the Trust.​​The primary and the beautifully sculpted temple of the Lord Shri Subramaniya Swamy is encompassed by the temples of important deities giving great spiritual significance to the region.​
